Thank you for shopping with Cornerstone Adornments. Each order is prepared with care, and I want you to know what to expect from the time you place your order until it arrives.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it ships and does not include carrier transit time.

Standard Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is available for a flat rate of $5.50 per order. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available within select ZIP codes. If your address qualifies, the local delivery option will appear during checkout. Delivery details will be coordinated after your order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges

Unworn and unused loc jewelry, bracelets, and eyeglass chains may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

Waistbeads and custom, personalized, or made-to-size pieces are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. I’ll work with you to make it right.
